The battle over the lotus-shaped zun came to a conclusion tonight. Lot 12, a Northern Qi celadon-glazed lotus-shaped zun with lid and applied decoration, sold for USD 406,900 (approximately HKD 3.165 million), while the lotus-shaped zun from Sotheby's "Egg King" Ise Hikohiko's collection had already fallen under the hammer on September 9 for HKD 4.318 million. This session featured a total of 12 pieces of early ceramics, with a sell-through rate of 92%.
